So that you are perfectly prepared for the challenging world of customer communication, all our customer advisors enjoy an extensive training programme called DV-COM Academy. The necessary and perfecting skills are creatively acquired on our unique “world tour”. At the beginning of your DV-COM career, our new staff have a several-day training programme covering customer communication, complaint management and sales, and will receive a certificate upon completion of the programme. This is followed with hard skill, system and process training, which is also confirmed with a test. Our customer advisors carry on learning, even after training. Our excellent trainers constantly optimise quality through regular coaching and monitoring. This is how we make sure that all DV-COM staff can give their best customer service performance. Our managers receive extensive training in the “new times” session looking at the subjects of management, coaching, staff appraisals and mediation of learning contents.
